Our laboratory was designed and built so that we can take full advantage of our local
natural resources.
We have installed the facilities and equipment required for all steps in the production
process, including:
- Receipt of base materials: plants, algae, clays, plant oils, natural emulsifiers and others.
- Extraction of the active components from plants, using a process of infusion/maceration
in various solvents (plant/vegetable oils, alcohol, etc.) in accordance with the appropriate lunar cycles for each plant.
- Separation of active components using physical processes such as filtration, decantation, etc.
- The resulting phyto-active components are optimized using proprietary techniques that enhance their properties and increase their effectiveness.
- The final product is obtained by mixing/emulsifying the phyto-active elements with
natural emulsifiers and essential oils.
- Quality control of the end product is ensured using state-of-the-art analysis instruments.
- Packaging and mailing is done from the same locale as the lab, in order to avoid any
possible contamination of the product.
- A second round of quality control is performed.
- Labeling and packaging.
- Storage and shipping.
